The Wonderful World of Lordwafik

NOTE : LONG RANT. If you dont wanna read the Dramalama, go past the

while you wait.

Organizing a Dynamis doesnt seem too bad on the outside, hey, most days
it runs perrrrfectly well! Sure you have the odd thing happen here and
there, but today, was both very excellent and shockingly shit.

Today was my LS’s first run at Dynamis-Xarcabard. They were virgins to
this zone and this zone is not a rubbish zone like bastok/sandy where
anyone can do anything and get away with it. This zone is tough, and we
need full attention on it.
For the most part, everyone was very alert to it all. However, there
was one person who was a gigantic cockwad to me, That’s Kerrigan!

When I do dynamis, I :
-Make all the parties myself, going into both alliences when they arent really full and shuffling people around
-Pull the mobs and put virtual life in danger
-Assess immediatley the situations and call for which team to do whatever to what mob
-Many times work a “on the fly” strategy when shit goes wrong
-Tell people when to use items/organize timed aga’s quickly
-Sac pull
-etc etc

 I do alot of stuff behind that people think I dont, but who
cares, im not looking for pity or attention, im just saying what goes
on when someone  is leading a Dynamis LS(if they’re the one who
takes care of alot of the important things). Now the last thing we need
is someone giving a bombarde of /tells to me because I “didnt let them”
go into dynamis.

Anyway,

Here’s the story! Many months ago, when Kerrigan got denied from R1O ,
she was pissed off and sent me a tell, saying she’s gonna level her rdm
or blm up to join my LS. Fine, That’s nice if she’d like to do that.
But I told her that when my LS hits Xarcabard, you can just tag along
on your DRG and take the DRG af2 hat, Im sure nobody in the zone wants
it.

Months pass, and Manaburn LS now hit Xarcabard. Kerrigan sends me a few
tells before entry by about 1h/halfHour, asking if she’s still coming.
At the time, there were 10 BLMS online only, and I wasnt sure if we
were even going to enter Dynamis Xarcabard, we were probably headed to
Beaucedine. I told her this, so it’s not like she was in the dark about
it. However, more people logged on to manaburn, more blms, and I
started making parties, and because it was becoming almost 1/2hr over
the time we usually enter(due to weird attendance) , I quickly traded
the hourglass and RUSHED my LS in. We went in, fought some mobs, got
some AF here and there, and then DRG af2 head drops. THATS when it hit
me that I forgot about Kerrigan. I didnt wanna say anything to kerrigan
about the AF2 hat dropping, because I know she’ll be upset about it and
I would have taken her the next time we went, you know, when it wasnt
our virgin run and Im not in a panicky mode like I am with my Virgin
runs.

Kerrigan sends me “lovley” tells, trying to put a guilt trip on me that
I didnt take her in, all while Im trying to keep concentration on the
damned Demon NM’s + Train that I popped, and trying to co-ordinate
people to kill what.
Here’s the thing, when you send me a tell when im in dynamis, I usually
say “sorry cant talk now, in dynamis” and people usually take the hint.
Wow is this girl thick as a brick, because she just kept going on and
on. I just told her the truth, that My Linkshell comes first, I am
gonna take care of my mages in Dynamis, I dont have time for a guilt
trip at the moment, nor do I put a leeching melee as a priority in my
books. If i forgot you, really I’m sorry, but bite the fucking bullet
and wait till next time I run through that zone again.

But no, she decides to LIE to her linkshell, and tell them that I didnt
let her in to lot on DRG af2, because she’s in machina. What fucking
stupid logic is that. If I cared that she was in machina, I would have
kicked my Machina manaburners along time ago. 1 Rule of my LS is - I
dont care what LS you’re in, Drama doesnt enter. Well anyone who knows
me, knows the ONE thing I hate most is Liiiiiiiiiiiiessssssss. I hate
people who start lies, and Kerrigan crossed the line. She lied to her
LS so she can get some sympathy(since she knows there’s obvious
“tension” between us), and just blew every chance she’s gonna get for
lotting AF2 in my LS.

I usually invite a melee when we’re all <job>’d out. If nobody
wants that AF in a certain zone, i’ll hand pick a melee to come and get
it if they’re free for that time, they meet up with the LS at the trail
markings, and come to lot their crap and march around with our group.
Kerrigan started a lie about me, and just went in my shitlist of people
on asura. Congrats!

I think what was the icing on the cake , is, if she didnt start this
bullshit and lie about me, she could have came and lotted on the SECOND
DRG AF2 THAT DROPPED AT THE END. Oh wells w.

Anyway, Dynamis Xarca was fun. For 15 BLMs + 13 support + 3
TH2/Mapmaker people, killing all 15 NM’s on first go and getting
wayyyyy to the end, i must admit that’s quite nice for a first try.
Especially considering I didnt think we’d make it past pull 1, and yes,
Im a very cynical person I always doubt my mages and they just blow
me away with what they do, and how quick they recover from everything.
We even got to play around with the “Animated Dagger” - I recorded a vid and posted it on the manaburn website http://manaburn.adsoft.org - go to Forums > Videos
